Any person operating a type of aerial lift is required to have proper safety training.
This scissor lift training program is designed to provide elevated work platform operators with a solid foundation in:
- Health & Safety Standards
- Preventative Maintenance
- Proper Procedures for Safe Operation of Boom lifts
Aerial lift training classes consist of classroom theory, a written test and practical hands on aerial work platform experience. This course covers safety protocol for employees required to operate aerial lifts. Many worksites will require practical, site-specific training (in addition to this theory training) before an employee is certified to operate machinery.
