Emergency preparedness and response plans to ICS standards, specializing in special events, public assembly, with or without special effects, third party contractor management, TDG instructor, general liaison with Authorities Having Jurisdiction in the interpretation and application of legislation. Subject matter specialist in incident investigation and route cause analysis.
31 years serving in the Royal Air Force final position Flight Sergeant Supply & Movements at RAF(U) Goose Bay.
Finally he retired and moved to Calgary, Alberta where he began to explore the emerging markets self filling sand bag alternatives.
